FROM BRIEF TO TEAM MEMBER
Building Your Offshore Team, Made Simple
We take the time to understand your business, find the right people, and support them long after they join. Most clients have a dedicated team member working with them within 2–4 weeks.

An extension of your team
The person we place works only for you. They keep your hours, join your meetings, learn your tools, and grow with your business. You're not renting time from a shared pool; you're building your own team.
Behind them sits our management team in Colombo and your point of contact in Australia. If anything needs attention, you have one number to call and we sort it.

Common Questions
Our pricing depends on the role and seniority level. Across our client base it works out around 36% less than hiring the same role in Australia. The rate covers salary, super, office space, equipment, and our management overhead. No hidden fees. We give you a fixed monthly figure before you commit, so you know the cost upfront.
Most placements are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on the role, experience level, and onboarding requirements.
We recommend a minimum three-month engagement to allow time for onboarding and settling in. That said, flexibility matters. We're happy to discuss shorter arrangements where it makes sense for your situation.
Absolutely. Many clients begin with a single team member and add more as they see the value. Additional team members follow the same onboarding process and coordinate with each other from our Colombo office.
No problem. Our most common placements are listed across our services, but we regularly recruit specialised professionals across administration, finance, IT, healthcare, customer service, and marketing. Tell us what you need. If it exists in our Colombo talent pool we can recruit for it, and if not, we'll tell you upfront.
We stand behind our placements. If a team member isn't meeting expectations after reasonable coaching and feedback, we replace them at no extra cost. Our recruitment process is built to minimise this risk, but when it happens we handle it quickly.
We don't just recruit people and walk away. We stay actively involved through onboarding, coaching, performance monitoring, quality assurance, and monthly reporting to help your team succeed long term.
Through regular check-ins, coaching, and monthly reporting. Performance is measured against agreed KPIs, such as response times, customer satisfaction, booking accuracy, and quality scores, with transparent reviews so you always know how your team is performing.
Yes. Most of our team members work Australian business hours. The 4.5-hour time-zone difference between Colombo and AEST makes overlap straightforward, and we can arrange split shifts for extended coverage.
However you prefer. Most clients use a mix of email, Slack or Teams chat, and a weekly video call. Your team member joins your existing communication channels. No special tools required.
Yes. Your team member works inside your existing systems, including CRM, ticketing, booking software, ad accounts, CMS, analytics, and communication tools, following your established workflows. You keep full control of all accounts and credentials.
Access is granted through your own permission systems on a least-privilege basis, and your team member follows your security, privacy, and escalation procedures. We sign NDAs for every engagement, work from secure, monitored workstations in our Colombo office, and handle personal and financial information in line with the Australian Privacy Act.
Yes. Our accounting staff are trained in Australian BAS requirements, superannuation rules, and single-touch payroll, and work under the supervision of our Australian management team who review compliance-related work before it is lodged.
We work with whatever your business already uses. Common platforms include Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks for accounting; Power BI, Tableau and Looker Studio for analytics; and Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics for marketing. If you use something else, chances are we have experience with it or can learn it quickly.
Our IT professionals hold certifications including ITIL, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft MCSE and Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect and SysOps Administrator, and CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+. We verify every credential before putting anyone forward.
Yes. Depending on the role, your team can support security monitoring, vulnerability tracking, access reviews, patching coordination, and incident escalation, as well as internal AI assistants, workflow automation, reporting, and user adoption.
We pay competitive Colombo salaries, offer private health insurance and paid leave, and give people a clear career path. When someone is well-supported and sees a future, they stay, which gives you consistency. New starters complete an induction on your processes and tools, then follow a structured development plan including new certifications and tool training.
