How Your VA Works With You
Your virtual assistant works from our Colombo office during your preferred hours. They log into your email (Outlook or Gmail), your calendar, your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), and your project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp). They do not use separate systems that need syncing. They work inside your environment, the same way a local hire would.
On day one, we walk your VA through your processes, templates, and communication style. Most clients schedule a daily 15-minute check-in for the first two weeks, then move to a weekly catch-up once the VA is settled. Our Colombo QA team also reviews output during the first month to make sure quality is where you expect it.
